Learn About Our Services

Our Standard Cleaning service is perfect for maintaining a clean and comfortable home. This service includes:
- Kitchen: Clean exterior surfaces of appliances (microwave interior included), wipe down countertops, clean stovetop, and sink and faucet.
- Dining/Living Areas: Dust tables, non-upholstered chairs, picture frames, and decorative items within reach. Wipe light switches, doorknobs, and ceiling fans (within reach). Empty trash cans.
- Bathrooms: Clean shower and tub, sanitize the toilet, and clean the sink, mirror, and bathroom fixtures.
- Floors: Vacuum or sweep all floors, including stairs, and mop all hard floors.
Our Deep Cleaning service is a thorough top-to-bottom clean, perfect for homes that need extra attention. This service includes everything in Standard Cleaning, plus:
- Kitchen: Clean exterior surfaces of cabinets and hardware, clean stove hood, and wipe backsplash.
- Dining/Living Areas: Wipe doors, door frames, baseboards, and dust blinds.
- Bathrooms: Dust light fixtures (up to 10'), and wipe down doors and door frames.
- Floors: Wet wipe all baseboards.
- Additional Tasks: Clean interior windows and ledges, vacuum couches and upholstered furniture (including under cushions), dust vent covers, and wipe down wall smudges.
Our Deep Clean goes beyond the basics to make every corner of your home sparkle.

Yes, we provide all the cleaning supplies. However, if you have preferred products, please let us know in advance through our contract and information form, and we’ll be happy to accommodate.
During the contract/information form process, you’ll let us know how to access your home, such as providing a garage code or hidden key, which is common practice if you plan to be away. You are more than welcome to stay or leave during the cleaning—whatever works best for you. We also prefer to know ahead of time if a pet will be home.
Our pricing depends on the location and size of your home. Through our contact form, you’ll provide your home details so we can give you an accurate estimate for both standard and deep cleaning options.
After the cleaning, you’ll receive an invoice via email or text, which can be paid online using a credit or debit card. Tipping is not required, but if you wish to tip your cleaning team, you can do so through our online payment process. 100% of the tip goes directly to your cleaner.
Yes, taxes are added on top of the prices initially agreed upon. They are typically around 7% and will be included in your final invoice.
At Dais, we have a team of over 7 cleaners, all of whom have undergone a background screening and full training with us. If you’re a recurring client, we strive to provide consistency by typically assigning the same cleaner or cleaning team to your home, though schedules may vary.

Our cleaning teams focus on following the detailed checklist we provide them, while we handle all special requests, questions, and instructions on the back end to ensure a seamless experience for you.
Yes, Dais and our cleaners are fully insured.
To help us provide the best possible clean, here are a few quick reminders:
- Tidy Up Where Possible: Clearing clutter from counters and floors allows our team to focus on deep cleaning and leaves your home sparkling.
- Pet Hair: While we do our absolute best to remove pet hair, some can be difficult to get entirely. We appreciate your understanding!
- Toilet Brush: Please leave a toilet brush in one of your bathrooms. For hygiene reasons, we don’t bring our own to avoid cross-contamination between homes.
- Access: If you won’t be home, make sure we have instructions on how to access your home through the contract/information form process.
Yes, you can add on services to both a standard and deep clean! Popular add-ons include cleaning the inside of the fridge or oven, typically for an additional cost of around $25 each. If you’d like to include any extras, just let us know in so we can plan accordingly.
